I made a couple of these relatively quick Thank You cards earlier. I really like this style of card. The scallop circle, circle punches and central stamp (Circle of Friendship) are from Stampin' Up!
The background stamp is an old American Stampin' Up! stamp (Dots and Daisies, I think) and the patterned paper is by Basic Grey (Blush). The ribbon is by Creative Impressions.
