Another quick card made using the French Flair background stamp.
Materials (all Stampin' Up!):-
- cardstock: So Saffron, Whisper White; Bravo Burgundy
- ink: Bravo Burgundy
- ribbon: Bravo Burgundy and Very Vanilla
- punches: scallop circle; 1 1/4" circle; 1 3/8" circle; corner rounder
- other: Dazzling Diamonds glitter; Le Jardin designer series patterned paper
