Spring?

It doesn't feel like Spring... it snowed overnight on Sunday night and almost all day Monday... and there was thick sheet ice (and frozen snow!) everywhere this morning. I made a couple of "Spring" cards at the weekend as thank you cards. This is the first time I've ever made two of the same card! I enjoyed making the first one so much that I made a second one (and I've realised that if I need to make two semi-decent looking cards quickly the only way to do that is to make a duplicate or duplicates!).

The flower stamp is from Penny Black and the little green patterned notecards and white card with orange ric rac print are by A-Muse - all picked up during my trip to Boston. I coloured the flowers with Stampin' Up! re-inkers. The ribbon is Stampin' Up! moss gingham. The "Spring" sentiment is part of an old (discontinued) Hero Arts stamp - I inked just one word from the stamp using an SU Ruby Red marker. I punched the eyelet hole and set the orange eyelet using my crop-o-dile.
