I hate making sympathy cards. I think I've made a total of three; I usually buy them instead. On that basis, I didn't have a Stampin' Up set which was entirely suitable; "Close as a Memory" is an appropriate set, but I don't have it yet. The only "sympathy" stamp I have is the (non-SU) one shown in the photo. I used it with the Carte Postale set (for the leaf within the circle/scallop) and matching wheel for the background. The background ink is Old Olive. I think it works - it's quite simple and plain and that's what I wanted.
